Lashes & Lingerie | ad

Today is going to be a collaboration post. Adore Me, A New York based lingerie company, recently introduced me to their Lashes & Lingerie project to come up with a make up look to go with their lingerie sets. Me being a sucker for make up obviously jumped at the chance so here I wanted to present you with the look that I have come up with inspired by their designs. Heads up to my UK readers, this is only available to those in the US and Canada, sorry!

I chose the Camilla Unlined set which I think is just so gorgeous and simple. It's a bralette style so it offers comfort but keeps all the class and sex appeal.

I chose to go with something very understated but with a high impact, much like the Camilla Unlined set. for this look I focused on keeping it glowy and natural. Here's what I used to create this look;

- MAC Prep and Prime Natural Radiance Base
- Chanel Perfection Lumiere Foundation in 12 Beige Rose
- YSL Touche Eclat in 01
- Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette - Dim Light (All over), Incandescent Light (Highlight) and Radiant Light (to add warmth)
- Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Diffused Heat
- Kevyn Aucoin Precision Brow in Warm Blonde
- Smashbox Full Exposure Palette - S4, M3, M5 and M6
- Lancome Hypnose Mascara
- Half lashes for outer corners
- Maybelline Lip Elixir in Caramel Infused.

For an extra something to this look I also applied a gel polish in a baby pink colour to match the straps of the lingerie set. I think matching your nail polish to accent colours of an outfit can help to bring it all together.

You can check out their full range of lingerie at and also their range of sexy lingerieThey do some absolutely gorgeous sets with amazing reviews, so if you can get your hands on them then you totally should.

Dr Paw Paw - The Multi-tasking Miracle

I recently received a sample of this in the post and was really excited to give it a go. I've been hearing a lot about Dr PawPaw lately and how amazing it is, obviously I wanted to see if it really was worth the hype it's gaining.

If you aren't familiar with Dr PawPaw then here everything you really need to know.

Dr PawPaw is a multi-purpose balm that can be used on lips, skin, heels and nails to treat dry or under nourished problem areas. It is made using Olive Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice and it's defining ingredient, Carica Papaya.

Carica Papaya is jam packed with anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals and when applied to this skin it can help repair damage whilst adding moisture to prevent any further issues.

I've been using this on both my lips and cuticles and it is just such a nice product to use. As you apply this is just seems to melt and really work into the skin. It's also non sticky which is an added bonus, especially for those who can't tolerate that tacky feeling. I've really noticed a difference to the texture of my lips as they've become softer and smoother. My cuticles don't feel so dry either and it really takes manicure to that next level when your skin looks good.

This is also available in a peach pink and a red tinted version for those who want to add a bit of colour to their care. It is also fragrance free, great for those who have fragrance allergies or for anyone who doesn't like their products to come with a smell.

This retails for only £6.95 and is available from the Dr PawPaw website here

Let me know if you have tried this. What do you think?
